These
vitamin and supplement packs are like the Fountain of Youth in pill
form. I bought a 7-day trial pack at Walgreens for $2 (the vitamins are
individually packaged for daily use, with 5 different pills in each
daily package:
1) Green Tea + Alpha Lipoic Acid
2) Lycopene
3) Biotin
4) Vitamin C
5) Multivitamin
I
did a lot of research on what vitamins/supplements the body needs to
prevent wrinkles and signs of aging and these packets contains sooo many
beneficial ingredients.
I definitely recommend trying these -
I've been taking them for about two months and I see major improvements
in the clarity and texture of my skin. After only taking them for a
week, I felt more energetic and my blemishes healed MUCH faster!
Love
this stuff, I will continue to take it as long as I can find it. I also
recommend buying a bunch of the "trial" packs (7 days for $1.99) which
is actually cheaper than buying the full sized box (30 days for $25-30).
(I love loopholes in the system!) I plan on going back to Walgreens
tonight to buy all the trial packs on the shelf!
Oh, also I should
mention that I haven't been taking the light purple bioton capsule
because I've tried taking biotin supplements before and they broke me
out. I read online that most acne-prone people have this problem, so if
you're prone to breakouts, you might want to skip the biotin. The other
ingredients in these pills will help your skin, anyway.
